Quord

What is Quord?

Quord is a booking and membership platform for sports clubs. It started with padel and tennis, and suits any club whose members book by time slot. It runs in the browser, on any device.

There are players and there are clubs. The same account can be both: managers get an “Operator view” and a “Player view” and switch between them from the sidebar.

Players find a club, join it, and book courts. They pay online, keep an eye on their bookings, and manage their membership (renew, change plan, cancel) from the club’s Membership page. Players use Quord free of charge.

Clubs set up their courts and opening hours, define membership types, and take payments. Managers handle bookings and refunds, invite or import members, and post announcements to the club feed. On Premium they also run ticketed events, sell coach lessons and read revenue reports.

Payments go straight to the club’s own Stripe account. Quord never holds the money, and never sees your card number; payments are processed by Stripe. Clubs must finish Stripe onboarding before taking online payments.

Players pay nothing to Quord. There is no player subscription and no per-booking fee on top of what the club charges.

Standard (£29 a month, or £290 a year) covers online bookings with Stripe checkout, email confirmations, up to 2 active membership types, and single-booking management. Premium (£89 a month, or £890 a year) adds unlimited membership types, finer per-type rules, recurring and bulk bookings, ticketed events, coach lessons, and revenue reports. The full comparison is on the pricing page.
