Join a club

There are three routes to membership. Which one you get depends on how the club runs enrolment.

When enrolment is open, the club’s page shows “Become a Member”.

  1. Choose “Become a Member” to open the “Join the club” page.

  2. Pick a plan card. One may carry a “Recommended” badge. If the plan has more than one payment option, pick one under “Choose payment plan”.

  3. Tick “I authorize recurring payments”. Plans that renew charge your saved payment method at the start of each billing period until you cancel.

  4. Select “Pay with Stripe” and complete checkout.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Quord never sees your card number.

The “Cancellation & refunds” note on the page applies to every plan: you can cancel at any time from your profile, access continues until the end of the paid period, and within 14 days of joining you can withdraw for a full refund (the cooling-off period).

If the page says “Self-enrolment isn’t open”, the club isn’t taking online signups. Ask the club to send you an invitation instead.

Clubs can invite you by email with the plan already chosen. The invitation arrives as a link and is valid for 14 days; the exact expiry date is shown on the invitation.

  1. Open the link. Sign up or sign in first if you need to, see Create an account.

  2. Review the plan, price and membership dates.

  3. Select “Accept & pay”. Paid plans go through Stripe checkout, and your membership activates once payment completes.

Not interested? “Decline invitation” lets the club know. If you’re already signed in, a pending invitation also appears on the club’s page.

Some clubs review applicants first. Their page shows “Request to join” instead of a join button.

  • Send the request, with an optional note about yourself.
  • While the club reviews it, the page shows “Request pending”. You can withdraw the request at any point.
  • Once approved, the page shows “Choose plan & pay”. Pick a plan and pay exactly as in self-enrolment.

At any one club you either hold your own membership or are covered by someone’s family plan, never both. If you’re covered and want a membership of your own, ask the payer or the club to remove you from the family plan first.
